Insomniac’s Spider-Man may be a few months out from release, but that didn’t keep Sony from showing off an extensive demo from the game at their E3 press conference tonight. The demo followed Spidey as he tries to stop the villain Electro from freeing prisoners from the Raft. It’s exciting and adrenaline pumping superhero fun, so check it out!
Spider-Man finally revealed its gameplay tonight and the game looks pretty fun. The game looks similar to the Arkham games in terms of its gameplay, but with a Spider-Man touch. There are notably a fair amount of QTE’s in the demo, so that begs the question of how many will actually be in the game. We’ll find out next year when the game releases. Also, stick around all the way through the end. There’s a little surprise there for Spider-Man fans.
We’re at the final stop on the Road to E3 2017, and boy is it a great stop to end on. Sony has been having a great year so far, and E3 can continue this good streak that they have going. The rumors were true! Well half true at least. The PS4 is getting an exclusive Spider-Man game, but it’s being made by Insomniac Games, not Sucker Punch. We got our first look at the game and it looks pretty damn cool if I should say so myself. Now we begin to just hope that the finished product is actually good.
At long last we’ve come to the last stop on our Road to E3 2016. Sony will be the final press conference of the show, and they are sure to have a great show. Last year they brought the heat with The Last Guardian, Final Fantasy VII Remake, and Shenmue III, so expectations are astronomically high for them this year.
